The renovation work is in full swing. After launching of the main website at http://www.technodg.com, focus has been shifted to renovate other links. With all of your great response and tremendous support of all the team members, the process of renovating the link http://helpdesk.technodg.com is underway.
The helpdesk is being designed in HTML5, PHP and MySql. The website will be fully responsive in nature. Option to include your email address for our official newsletter is also there. Where we announce new products, periodic offers and details and feature of different products of ours.
Helpdesk system also have support ticket system incorporated for better monitoring of your problems and looks after your queries in synchronized manner. Our periodical notifications or announcements or updates for different services will also be made available in the system to help you updated about service scenarios.
Hopefully by this weekend, we will be able to launch the new system, till then good bye.
